Hi, I’m Scarlet, living in New York City. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, where I developed a passion for understanding human psychology and behavior. This interest led me to explore roles in legal research, where I gained valuable technical skills in gathering and analyzing data.

In my role at a debt collection law firm, I focused on research to inform decisions, which sparked my desire to transition into user experience and market research. I sought a more user-centered approach to make a meaningful impact on both business operations and consumers' experiences. By understanding and addressing user needs and behaviors through methods like in-depth user interviews and data analysis, my goal is to enhance products and services to better resonate with and benefit the end user.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in illustrating my surroundings in NYC and improving my photography skills. These creative pursuits enrich my personal life and influence my research approach.
